All guns are sold as used guns, and there is no warrantee as to their safety. Every gun should be checked by a competent gun smith. If there is a problem with the gun, or if the gun has been described incorrectly, I will be happy to take the gun back, refund your full purchase price, refund your return shipping cost and refund what ever you paid to have the gun transferred to you. All shipping is fully insured. If you receive a package that is damaged, or the item is damaged, please save all the packing materials and the box, the shipping company requires this when making a claim. I am a licensed federal firearms dealer; I will transfer a gun to another FFL holder ONLY. If the gun you are buying qualifies under the C&R FFL, I will be happy to transfer to your C&R. I will not do an individual transfer under any circumstances.
